Our manufacturing infrastructure is versatile to cater to needs ranging from a short run prototyping to large volumes of automotive components and precision parts for the engineering industry. From building vehicle bodies for critical special purpose applications to customizing general purpose bodies in large numbers.

Tool Room
The Tool Room is equipped with various types of machines like Milling, Grinding, Drilling, Shaping, Jig Boaring, Lathes, VMC’s, etc. All tooling are done in-house.
Press Shop
The Press Shop has machines like Shearing machines (2.5mtrs & 3mtrs 8mm thick), Press brakes (3mtrs 80 tons & 160 tons), Power presses (10 tons to 300 tons Capacity), Tube / pipe bending machines.
Fabrication Shop
We have various kinds of welding done in our fabrication shop, and it has machines like MIG Welding m/c, Arc Welding m/c, Spot Welding m/c, Projection Welding m/c and various Jigs & fixtures.
CED Plant
The CED Plant is fully automated and one of the biggest plants in India for cargo body painting with 6 jobs per hour capacity.
The tank capacity can accommodate cube size of upto L 6800mm x w 2500 mm x h 2500 mm.
Paint Shop
We have a facility of painting & baking where in we paint cargo bodies of size L 13000 mm x W 2500 mm x H 2500 mm. We also do underbody PVC painting & Sealant application wherever required.
Design Facility
All the Design and Development is done in-house by specialized engineers. We use designing softwares like Auto-Cad, Pro-E for designing our various products. Ranging from small to big components & various cargo applications.
